Missing Popup While using the CSS ( BUG ) #8

After applying the custom CSS provided for Firefox (using the Chrome CSS for Firefox customization), I can no longer see the popup dialog that appears when attempting to install new extensions. This prevents me from clicking the "Add" button to confirm and install extensions.
