Project Reorganization #5

I basically just reordered some files and folders around. I'm gonna delete engine-lib repo soon. Now, engine-lib is in the library folder and I moved the project folder up to the root directory. Also migrated from yarn to task, see README.md for the new commands.

Also, the file reordering changes also includes changes to the project directory, so make sure to change your path.ts file too.
