Sometimes there is no reset after flashing ... #9

The program does not seem to reset automatically the cx16 after flashing the main rom chip on the board. And sometimes it does restart. Need to check why this happens.

Any way, after CTRL-ALT-DELETE the rom is correctly flashed.

Resolved. Issue was incorrect bank setting or SEI still active, causing a process before the reset to hang.
