Forge version required is too high to support 1.5.1 #33

Buildcraft lowered the forge requirement in build 151 (http://nallar.me/buildservice/job/Buildcraft/151/) to allow Minecraft 1.5.1 to use the newer builds of buildcraft.

If ABO does not make use of features unique to forge 7.8.0.684, please lower the forge requirement to 7.7.2.682, which is the last version of forge for 1.5.1
