So I admittedly have no idea what I am doing here but I will try my best.

Everyone that is currently working on a YGOPro variant in "some capacity" state what you do and for which variant. After that we will identify the needs of each group. From those needs we can hash out what code changes need to be done where and why.

Goals

• Show a list out of how many people work on YGOPro, and that thier work is largely repeated.
• Identify existing leadership
• List out point that people in their respective fields agrees
• Implement the things those people need so they can work and serve the community better.
• Establish some type of leadership group.

After each person states what position and team they are on I'll add them to the following list so we have it as reference, then we can elect leaders out of each group or assign work based on that as need be

Forking is taboo in developer culture. Even if we did move to a separate fork, we only have 2 developers that can even work with the code base, they are mostly unavailable due to work and school . We would need to convince @woodee @SuperAndroid17 @zh99998 to then distribute the co-op'd new version.

From my understanding the ygopro source is hard to work with because of little to no documentation of how things work? So doing a rebase would help because the teams working on it would have to document things. Secondly if everyone worked on this wouldn't make sense to merge sims. All in all everything we do should be to improve the end user experience, and all of you have good ideas but none of you can implement them because the money,resources,and programmers are split between these different ygopro factions. Plus each sim leader having a big ego.

I can bankroll up to $1million for the ygopro project but i would only do so if we all worked on one sim and we showed major progress.

You and every leader here. The only reason we havent is because we would need IP rights from NAS/Konami and none of us have been able do so. Show us PROOF that you have licensing rights from them and we shall fall in line and provide additional funding also.

I don't have licensing rights so this would still be unofficial which i would never get as Konami is coming out with 3 Yugioh games and one of them is for pc. They wouldn't give out a license to a competitor

Your money is best spent finding Fluorohydride and convincing him to hand off the project to you.

It has .... issues... to put it lightly. If you are passionate about Yu-Gi-Oh then yes. If you are looking to turn a profit, then no. Each month I buy hardware and server hosting for my staff so they can work and learn, I invest in the community and I see that as worth funding. My staff have been able to build skill get jobs excel and avoid debt due to that. They enjoy the project for the sake of the project as do I.

I just want people to get their act together and it seems like they only understand money or force. I was going to try and bribe them to do good.
