Neither in Firefox 25.0.1 nor Chrome 31.0.1650.63 on a Mac, running 10.8.5.

Root cause is Popcorn.js incompatibility with .mp4 files. Switching to native (Vimeo and YouTube) iframe code. Fixed in staging. Production release next Tuesday.
