Image Upload Indicator Broken (Mobile) #210

After image has finished uploading the "Uploading..." indicator hangs. The issue is purely cosmetic. Everything is working fine behind the scenes. Not a high priority at all. Just wanted it to be on your team's radar.

Flarum 0.1.0-beta.12 PHP 7.3.16 MySQL 8.0.18

Tested in Safari, Chrome and Brave.

This issue only occurs on Mobile browsers. On desktop everything works as expected.

Thank you guys for all you do. Absolutely love this software.
