Media manager should have a search option to filter files by their name. After a while and hundreds of media uploaded, media manager becomes obsolete. It's difficult to find specific media.

In upper right corner should be a corner icon alongside text field
On search icon click or by pressing enter media should be filtered according to search term
Describe alternatives you've considered
Only alternative is to search files manually trough pages and pages of pagination.
