[X] Remove switch which makes using custom templates impossible
[X] Update js File model
[X] Include bbcode preview on the File serializer

THanks @imorland , this looks exactly the approach I was hoping for! Hopefully get a chance to rev my extension against this version soon before working on getting my plugins to 1.0
