I would like an "Upload" button on the "My Media" panel of the user profile. The reason for this is that I run a forum with an associated IRC channel, and the forum can serve as an image host.
This can be accomplished by bringing up the Media Manager modal from the post composer, but it feels a bit roundabout having to bring up the composer when you only want the Media Manager.
