Errors in Adapters are not thrown, user gets mysterious 404... #77

flagrow/upload extension version: 0.4.13
flarum version: 0.1.0-beta.6
Upload adapter causing issues: Custom (maybe all?)

Can't seem to completely diagnose, but it seems the user gets a 404 if an error ever occurs in a custom (maybe any) adapter.

Closing this because of inactivity. Whatever the error was, it's probably no longer relevant in the latest version. Anyone finding this issue, feel free to open a new one if you experience a similar problem and include all possible details.
