Actual behaviour

Plugin version: 1.3.8

Configuration: Show as HTML comments on page source code: Yes

smarty blocks not showing as HTML comments on page source code

Expected behaviour

It should be show smarty blocks as HTML comments on page source code

Steps to Reproduce?

I have deactivated it and then activated again. after that I got this bug
