Stability Issue of OpenAPI #138

Hi,

I am using the GET and PUSH techniques with Python OpenAPI to retrieve the real-time 15-minute candlestick data of Mini Hang Seng Index futures throughout the days. Yesterday (8th Jun), during 2:15pm - 4:15pm (HKT), both techniques are unable to retrieve the any data from your server. It seems that the servers cannot be connected.

Please solve this stability issue of the OpenAPI.

Here we need more information to troubleshoot the problem. If it's convenient for you, please send the OpenD log information during this period to the email address openapi@moomoo.com. The location of the log content is in Windows: %appdata%/com.futunn.FutuOpenD/Log and non-Windows: ~/.com.futunn.FutuOpenD/Log. Please send files starting with FutuOpenD and GTW.
