Also worth noting that SatNOGS has gone further with this and has limited how often observations can be scheduled for violating satellites, and how data can be exported for them: https://community.libre.space/t/changes-in-network-and-db-for-satellites-that-violate-frequency-regulations/9395
I'll bump this again, since you are now supporting DANTEsat ( https://tinygs.com/satellite/DANTEsat ) which also had its IARU coordination declined - http://www.amsatuk.me.uk/iaru/declined_detail.php?serialnum=861
Since https://github.com/G4lile0/tinyGS/issues/139 was closed as 'not planned', I'm raising this.
You currently support a satellite 'FEES2' ( https://tinygs.com/satellite/FEES2 ) which was denied IARU coordination due to the mission being commercial (see here: http://www.amsatuk.me.uk/iaru/declined_detail.php?serialnum=809 ), and yet it continues to use the amateur radio bands.
The fact that the satellite is using amateur radio frequencies without coordination should be made clear on the satellite page.
On SatNOGS satellites with this status are indicated as such in the DB, e.g.: https://db.satnogs.org/satellite/HWLH-9040-6011-7603-7570
Displaying that a satellite is a commercial operation would be an extension of this as well, e.g. the many FossaSat satellites operating on 401.7 MHz which are not amateur radio satellites, but are a commercial for-profit IoT operation.
