Added support for 1W ground stations #55

Hello, I have a ground station that's using an Ebyte E22 module with built-in PA that should be able to transmit up to 1W of power. It's open source, here's the repository: https://github.com/jgromes/ESP32-1W-GroundStation

Since it's fully compatible with this project (OLED display and all), I thought it would be nice to have it supported.

Sure pull-in accepted , if you don't mind we will use your photos to add the ESP32-1W-GroundStation to the wiki.
