feature request first setup only WiFi #90

Hello maybe i just done it wrong the setup.

But first the device become a AP and I have to connect to the GS-Device to change the parameter! But as soon i am connected to the GS-Device i have no access to my normal WiFi so can't get the MQTT Information and got a error when saving. maybe it would be possible to add Wifi SSID and Password at the first flashing so it just would be on the net any you have access to it and still to telegram to copy paste the mqtt id and password

I worked around this by having my credentials ready for the home SSID and inputting some fake data for the MQTT fields 3 and 4 because you can not save your configuration if you leave these fields empty. As these fields are only tested for having some input it works fine. You can also request your mqtt data first from the Telegram Personal TinyGS bot but it appears to have a time out so you can not wait too long to use these.
