Cannot increase projectile damage, effect static does not affect to golden armor, the effect explode bypass worldguard regions #11

Explain your issues with examples of what you've tried here. Armor is GOLD_HELMET not GOLDEN_HELMET, that's been changed for years now.

For EXPLODE do EXPLODE:1:: so EXPLODE:1:false:false would not cause damage to blocks neither fire
