Armor effects bug #6

Hello, I'm glad that the update finally came out, which fixes a lot of things, but you can see in the video that if I put on or take off the armor in a different order than shown, I either don't get the effect or it never goes away. + When I type the /healt command, the effects disappear.

Here you can see, if someone put armor on, it doesnt work, only if he putting up from Boots - helmet and Helmet to boots (like in videos) but in your GodlyArmor (in default) its work great, but if somenone change name and etc. its broken.
