🔤 Rename help desk to support team throughout the website #11738

We want to standardize how we refer to our client services team. Currently, we use both "help desk" and "support team". I'd like us to move to just using "support team".

🕵️ Details

  1. Please update the FAQ on the Sign in page (https://talent.canada.ca/en/login-info) to replace "Help Desk" with "support team".
  2. Please update the FAQ on the Sign up page (https://talent.canada.ca/en/register-info) to replace "Help Desk" with "support team".
  3. Please update error messages recommending user to contact the "help desk" and replace it with "support team". Example: image

Could the person picking up this ticket please do a search to find where on the site we use "help desk" and "bureau d'aide"? Or help me do the search? I think we may be using it on more places than I have been able to identify.

🌎 Localization

In French, we use "bureau d'aide" and "l'équipe de soutien". I'd like it to be "équipe de soutien" everywhere.

Please note to use "notre équipe de soutien" when it used to be "notre bureau d'aide", and "l'équipe de soutien" where it used to say "le bureau d'aide".
