[Feature] Change logging level of protected chcker #11797

👋 Introduction

Updates the protected user checker to log unsafe usage at a DEBUG level since it is a normal event.

🕵️ Details

🧪 Testing

  1. Rebuild app and log in.
  2. Confirm that the "tried to unsafely.." log messages are at the DEBUG level.
