🐛 Styling - Menu bar arrows doesn't look right on French menu bar #11980

🐛 Bug

Arrows are under the menu items in the French version

Arrows are beside the menu items in the English version

Pop up menu is overlapping the top menu item

🦋 Expected Behaviour

They should look consistent and I believe it should like like in English version

✅ Acceptance Criteria

[ ] French version menu bar arrows should be styled like in English version
[ ] Pop up menu should not overlap with top menu items

This issue is only on Admin menu .. Applicant , Community looks fine on French.
