✨ Application Revamp: EditExperience page

New EditExperience page, based on CreateExperience (#6060) but without type select and with different copy and different buttons.

New EditExperience page.

Should be able to reuse components from #6060, which the experience type and initial values determined by the edited experience.

It also needs different copy than the CreateExperience page, and slightly different buttons.

Save Changes should save and return to Resume step if successful
Cancel and go back should be link to Resume step
Delete this experience should delete the experience and return to Resume step if successful

The "Tasks and Responsibilities" textinput should be saved to the Experience.details field.

A set of assumptions which, when tested, verify that the feature was properly implemented.

[ ] Page exists under the appropriate url
[ ] Page is accessible only when the feature flag "Application Revamp" is ON
[ ] Hero subtitle and breadcrumbs are correct
[ ] The inner contents of the page (so not the hero and stepper layout) have a storybook story
[ ] The experience type is locked to the existing type
[ ] Form is initialized with existing values from experience
[ ] Save Changes should save and return to Resume step if successful
[ ] Cancel and go back should be link to Resume step
[ ] Delete this experience should delete the experience and return to Resume step if successful
