✨ Update copy of cards in "Qualified recruitment processes"

✨ Feature

The additional info provided in the current cards is causing a lot of additional work for the team, at the request of the recruitment team thi issue aims to reduce the amount of info provided in favor of smaller clear chip labels.

• We want to make the chip label (top-right) on the cards to be more descriptive of the status.
• We want the messages to only reflect the ability for a user to change their status.
• We don't want all statuses to display messages, only a couple of them. (for now)

For all other statuses without a message, a new issue will be created at a later date to include better guidance. Leave empty for now.

Yeah, I think this section only shows cards with these statuses. Other statuses shouldn't appear in this section at all since they are not candidates that have qualified.

Also, is this the right link to the design for these? The statuses have different colours but I only see Qualified and Expired there.

Sorry! This totally slipped my mind. Here are the latest card designs. I'd like to point out a few decisions that were made in relation to this issue though. These will be summarized an actioned in a separate issue.

• I'm going to be proposing to RATA that we allow users to continue to maintain control over the availability for the "Paused" and "Withdrew" states; this would be mean that setting the user to that state provides them with the control to change their availability back to "Ready to hire"
• The team needs to meet to discuss the scaleable rules that apply to the "Hired" statuses and why they should or should not universally allow candidates to be referred
