✨ Allow essential skills to also be added as asset skills (at a higher mastery/skill level) #8013

User story

As a pool operator, i want to add a higher level of an essential skill as an asset, so I can apply this asset and only screen those that have it if I receive way too many applications.

Once we introduce skill levels, we will actually want this to be a possibility. There are cases where a higher level of an essential skill will be an asset.

I'll leave this open for now, but don't think we need to address it until skill levels are in place for job advertisements.

We discussed this with recruitment team. There wasn't much need for it expressed. I think I'll ice this.

@gobyrne can this issue be closed as not planned and un-assign @Jerryescandon? If you want to keep the idea of it, maybe move it to the insight tracker instead?
