Sorry - I was confused before.

I thought this was a download script for the Dataverse. It is not. That was not your Dataverse API token, it was the Data Portal URL.

We're moving away from the DataPortal so I don't think this script is necessary. The Data Portal also offers simple HTTP interface to files, so wget or browser plugins like DownThemAll just work. I suggest closing this pull request.
