More accurate location for Bowdoin boreholes.

These coordinates are estimated from:

• the initial drilling site coordinates measured by hand-held GPS (in our paper Table 1).
• continuous dGPS time series from Hokkaido Univ team, interpolated linearly for long data gaps in winter.

This is the same method as used in our paper Fig. 5. The code used for computation is here: https://github.com/juseg/bowdoin/commit/aef3510. I referred to that commit as "location source", but feel free to edit as you feel appropriate.
