Testing odom reset with Apriltags - it works now!

[x] Always broadcast a map -> odom TF instead of just once
[x] Created a calibration routine in the main_control_node
[x] More robust method of resetting map -> odom using the TF buffer
[x] Apply the known apriltag coordinates as an offset
[x] Verify that it is working with both of the simulated UCF fields
