Bringup sensors in Gazebo so we can use nvblox & nav2 with Gazebo for simulating autonomy #54

I don't think that Zed is supported in Gazebo, but Jonathan mentioned that we could use a lidar + camera with nvblox instead. We will need to use the camera for detecting Apriltags as well, which should be placed in the correct spots on the field.
