Added some text to two plays Build trust and Make it easy to use. I need at least one +1 to merge.

If these are corrections to the original fork (the USDS code), I'm sure they would appreciate a PR back upstream.

@rossdakin it's a pretty significant departure at this point. not sure what would be useful for USDS. would probably want to cherry pick anything from here that's relevant.

@mikelmaron great! I am hoping to merge one PR each day until UNGA. Ideally I won't be the only one to initiate -- but I am happy to engage no matter what.
