Severity: Medium

Description: Page displays but top and bottom are narrow while content section is wide. Also font is too small to read.

Give a good description of what happened. Steps To Reproduce: 1) Navigate to http://www.fsis.usda.gov 2) Click on the "Ask Karen" link at the bottom of the page screenshot_4

This same defect was seen with the Samsung Galaxy Nexus 4.2.2.:
