Standard Investment Report Project Metrics #381

Open bill-gehrke-hhs opened 5 years ago

Per the guidance, reporting of project metrics is optional for certain standard investments ("This field is optional for End User and Application Standard Investment Reports.") This was, I assume, included because the investments do not report metrics (unilke Network, where requiring a project metric makes sense.) Despite this I receive the following errors (the first set for an "update" and the second for an "add"):

◦alert 000219-SIR: newOrExisting must have a value of 'new' or 'existing' for uniqueProjectID: 1 ◦alert 000222-SIR: One of metricID, agencyMetricID, or description is required for Projects with a completion date after 8/31/2019 ◦warning 000225-SIR: description is required for active Projects that do not link to a metricID or agencyMetricID. ◦warning 000226-SIR: deploymentTarget is required and should be provided for all active projects

projects◦alert 000219-SIR: newOrExisting must have a value of 'new' or 'existing' for uniqueProjectID: 2 ◦alert 000222-SIR: One of metricID, agencyMetricID, or description is required for Projects with a completion date after 8/31/2019 ◦alert 000223-SIR: deploymentTarget is required and should be provided for Project operation: add

Because this is an Application type SIR, I would expect no errors (and ideally no warnings, but those can be ignored) related to missing project metric data. This includes not reporting whether it is new or existing as well as providing an ID/description and a target.
