Why should this established investment be submitted as an Add? #412

When this investment is submitted it produces: 000159-BSC: Business Case must be submitted for UII: 015-000200198 using addInvestment operation.

Please explain. Thanks

Hi Kelly,

Thank you for reaching out. Since a Business Case has not yet been added for this Investment, you will first need to add it before being able to use any update operations on it.

In this specific case, you are using "updateInvestment," which should be "addInvestment." Additionally, you will need to change the "bc-upd" prefix to "bc-add," as defined in the header. Any other tags throughout the XML that reference "update" should be changed as well.
