IT Collect is currently throwing a 500 error when actualTotalCost is omitted from Activity POST operations. Agencies and Vendors should be able to omit actualTotalCost, if there is no actualTotalCost data. We are working to correct this issue, but in the meantime, vendors can send over actualTotalCost = 0 as a workaround.
