When posting CioRating, the call's-result acts like we are attempting to validate. #467

Receivng back: "The submitted data is valid, but has not been saved."

Hi Kelly,

Thanks for posting this. Could you please double-check you do not have the header ITCOLLECT-VALIDATE-ONLY set to true? This is the only instance where you will see "The submitted data is valid, but has not been saved."
