For use with AIDE, this PR:

adds workflows folder
adds Clinical Workflow .json file
adds Argo Workflow .yaml files
- Four example Argo Workflow files provided, identical but each with different resources: values
- Intended to demonstrate to users that this section of the Argo Workflow should be configured depending on hardware/cloud-instance resource limits

Resolves #5 and #6
