Testing to see if anything I've added to MAP is causing GHA to fall over.

Closing PR as this was for testing GitHub Actions.

Conclusion: trying to build MONAI Deploy simple-imaging-app with GHA failed, so indicates an interactivity issue between the MONAI Deploy packager and GHA.
