Vanishing frames from Malisis' Doors crash client

It started to crash when I created a door using Wooden vanishing frames from Malisis' doors. Until I updated to latest angelica version crashes were more frequent. A lot of crashes happen when doors are loaded for example when logging to server or coming from another dimension.

Upon looking into this more. It seems like Malisis doors is EXTREMELY unstable with Angelica. I'm sure you've tested this, but lots of other stuff isn't rendering correctly in Malisis doors. @mitchej123
