The ranger gaian plugin should ultimately be checked either into the ranger, or gaian projects.

Ranger already has a number of plugins and the community appears receptive, but as/when gaian moves home, it is another option for the plugin

Whilst development is fairly active it may be easier to keep here

The code has been moved to Egeria for now and will run under it's governance.
