Excludes doesn't apply to files generated after the startup of the daemon #525

Currently when using the import-js daemon only filter outs existing files at the moment the daemon starts. When a file is generated afterwards, it's not matched against the excludes configuration but included anyway

I didn't have my importjs configured correctly :man_facepalming:
