[FEATURE REQUEST] Add a way to host your applied resouce packs too. #126

It would be nice, e.g. for some adventure maps, to be able to host the applied resource packs you have too.

I've been wanting to do this for a while, but I'm not sure how I'd want to handle the host having multiple resourcepacks installed. Maybe what I should do is only share the world's resourcepack (since a world can have an embedded resourcepack).
