I don't know if you want my log as well, but it doesn't allow me to connect at all.

Version: Minecraft 1.20.1/Quilt Loader 0.19.1 (233 Mods)

I have noticed this myself. It actually might be an issue on Quilt (which I've never considered until now), which would be why I can never reproduce in dev, but only in Quilt prod. It's caused in query response parsing, and I'm not too sure about the cause. It shouldn't affect connecting, though.

Unfortunately, it does. The connection times out without any further information.

The timeout is unrelated to this issue. It's related to a different issue, and can be resolved by enabling "Don't try UPnP" in settings.

I have this problem on Fabric loader. Will not let me join friend.
