Missing entry in January 2017 French language scoreboard #14

The armatvhs channel doesn't appear in the January 2017 French scoreboard. If you check French language daily and weekly scoreboards for Jan 2017, you'll see they should be somewhere around the top.

This is a major problem.

There is a chance we have the same issue in other scoreboards but obviously it's pretty hard to detect.

We need to review our database for January 2017 and see what happened to armatvhs.

If I'm not mistaken, the channel was created that month so maybe the problem is related.
