if you want to use the code, follow the steps:

sudo apt-get install ros-melodic-ackermann-msgs
sudo apt-get install libompl-dev
git clone https://github.com/GaoLon/oge-planner.git
cd oge-planner-master
catkin_make -j1
roslaunch car_planner run_all.launch
