Some time ago, I created https://github.com/Gargron/fileupload/issues/36 to update the supported versions.. https://github.com/Gargron/fileupload/issues/36#issuecomment-279240200 to update PHPUnit to a recent version .
This PR addd no changes to the library as it is (has been ) stable enough..
If I find enough time, Might go ahead with the Version 2 rewrite, I proposed last year at #58
