The GATE components within the Twitter plugin are licensed under the LGPL (version 3). The jaspell library uses a BSD licence and the opencsv library is released under the Apache licence version 2.

Note, however, that the TwitIE application is licensed under the GPL (version 3) due to it containing components from the Standford_CoreNLP plugin.
