Error message: Error in $<-.data.frame(*tmp*, "label.y.offset", value = NA) : replacement has 1 row, data has 0

This issue should be fixed in the latest commit - there was a mistake in the code that should have only affected plotting secondary SNPs on plots that start at positions of digits=n and end at positions of digits=n+1
