It's working well on my macOS. Did you enable the option to run apps from any source in the system settings? Here are the specific steps: Go to "System Preferences" -> "Security & Privacy" -> "General", and ensure that apps from any source are allowed to be installed.

Today, I specifically upgraded my arm64 macOS to 15.0, and it runs normally. It seems like this issue occurs in the x64 environment. It appears that macOS has strengthened certain security mechanisms, which may be causing the problem. You can try running the csrutil disable command in the terminal and then rerun xstreaming. Good luck!
