[U2/3.7] System (C128) freezes during update #138

When attempting to update my UltimateII from 3.1 -> 3.7 or from 3.6 -> 3.7, it freezes my C128. I opened an issue about this over on the releases repo with more details: https://github.com/GideonZ/ultimate_releases/issues/6

I'm not sure if that was the correct place to bring it up, but this repo seems more active. I initially opened it on the other repo because I am not currently compiling from the sources myself.

Could you please try disabling everything you can disable before trying to update?

I can remember (with some search in my emails) that there was a case with that bug:; With Super Snapshot Cartridge the flash process does not start (blue screen after selecting "flash update")

I'll give it a try tonight. I think I was just using whatever the factory settings are, minus the default cartridge, but I will look through and see what I can disable, then report back here!

Here are my settings. I already had most of this stuff disabled, but I even tried disabling Drive A. I'm still seeing the same freeze behavior during update. :(

I had a similar problem (no cartridge attached). Also had the problem that the latest firmware versions were not very stable on my C128.
