Currah Speech Cartridge not working #177

Another odd cartridge. When plugged in, typing INIT should enable the text to speech. Instead gives syntax error. Have tried different bus settings. Verified cartridge on a real 64.

Some info from around the net on this cartridge:

The Speech 64 speech synthesizer module from Currah has a General Instruments SP0256-AL2 speech processor. It has its own memory and does not use the memory of the C64. The firmware is designed so that the module can be used without loading software into the memory of the C64. This means that all voice commands can be activated with simple commands under Basic. Currah Speech came with two posters.
