U64: Sail to the King FLI bug present #293

Hi In the https://csdb.dk/release/?id=151344 (Sail to the king picture) there is a strange FLI bug present when there shouldn't be any (or better - it should be properly masked with the picture):

Happens also on a real C64. If RAM is pre-filled with $FF the bug goes away both on a real C64, VICE and the U64.

Since this also happens on a real C64, this is not an U64 issue, but an issue with the demo itself.
